Who We Are

Vivaan Flexipack Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions, established in 2016 and headquartered at Bhumi World Industrial Complex, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

We operate a fully integrated in-house facility covering rotogravure printing, lamination, slitting and pouch-making giving our clients a single, accountable manufacturing partner for their end-to-end packaging requirements.

We serve brand owners, traders, and distributors across FMCG, food, pharma, and industrial sectors, with a minimum order quantity of 300 kg making premium flexible packaging accessible to both emerging and established businesses.

Our Background

Founded on Manufacturing Experience

Vivaan Flexipack was built on genuine industry knowledge. Our Managing Director, Ravish Musale, previously served as Director at Star Earth Minerals Pvt. Ltd. a Navi Mumbai based manufacturer of rare earth and zirconium compounds operating since 2004. His experience in industrial manufacturing, process control, and raw material quality forms the operational backbone of Vivaan Flexipack.

When Star Earth expanded into lamination adhesives for the flexible packaging industry, Ravish gained direct insight into packaging material science and identified a clear gap in the market. Growing brands were being underserved by large manufacturers focused only on high-volume accounts.

That gap became Vivaan Flexipack.

Ravish oversees all production operations, purchase, plant performance, vendor management, and delivery execution. With a strong background in industrial manufacturing and a hands-on approach to plant management, he ensures that every order leaving our facility meets committed quality and timeline standards.

Executive Director

Priyanka Musale

Priyanka leads the commercial and systems side of the business — covering costing, pricing discipline, inventory control, management reporting, and cross-functional coordination. She is also responsible for marketing, digital presence, and building scalable processes that improve the client experience at every touchpoint.

Together, they bring operational depth and commercial rigour to every client engagement.
